At Alder Jewellers Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and original-condition jewellery items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to ensure it arrives safely at our Paris studio.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned pieces, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
